Occupational Safety
and Health Policy
The company management makes efforts to take into account safety and protection of health at work in all existent activities, strategic proceedings and objectives. The priorities of our company include occupational safety and protection of health at work, creation of safe and health-friendly occupational conditions for our employees. A special focus is aimed for the area of protection of employees, risks identification and their elimination. Our goals in this area include a proactive approach to health protection and persistent improvement of our company behaviour in the area of occupational safety and protection of health at work.
We intend to achieve these principles mainly by means of the following:
- implementation and certification of occupational safety and health management system in accordance with the specification OHSAS 18001
- occupational safety assurance as a part of social system for employees
- supporting employee participation in creation and development of occupational safety and protection of health at work
- leading and motivation of employees to the sense of responsibility for their own safety and protection of their own health as well as the safety and health protection of other persons
The management of the company undertakes to:
- advance suggestions to the company management in order to improve processes
- create working conditions for the fulfilment of assessable targets by all employees of the company
- ensure necessary resources for the performance of objectives - both material and human
- strictly adhere to effective legislation
- make this policy accessible to wide public
The management of the company expects their employees to:
- observe internal regulations, guidelines, instructions, ordinances, provisions and orders of the management
- observe external regulations
- observe working obligations
- actively improve processes by advancing suggestions to the company management
